The staff were friendly, the room was very clean and the location was unbeatable! Loved Loft Coffee Company, it was short walk from the hotel and offered nice treats. Comfortable bed, we slept like babies. Regards to your manager.

We appreciated this hotel and would stay here again when in London. Comfy bed, fantastic value for money. We took a small double room and it had a private safe, an electronic key card and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels
